Directions:

Generously apply DermaQuest Sheer Zinc SPF 30 Tinted sunscreen 15 minutes or so prior to exposing yourself to the sun. Do not use this product on children under 6 months of age unless recommended by a physician. Reapply at least every two hours for optimal protection.
