Directions: GelPads on the unit by gently peeling the blue pad covers off. Place on the applicator paddles, following the natural form of the pad to the outline in the paddle. Right before placing the applicator paddles around your neck, remove the clear pad covers from the GelPads that are already placed in the applicator. Consult manual.
